Arrive Early
We can't wait to see you! To make sure your first class goes smoothly, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. This gives us a chance to get your paperwork done, set you up with anything you need like water or socks, and walk you through the Megaformer. We do hold a strict no-late entry policy for new clients so that we can give you the intro you deserve — so be sure to give yourself that extra time!
Drink Plenty of Fluids
Don't forget to hydrate! We carry bottled water and energy drinks at the studio to keep you fueled from start to finish.
What to Expect in Your First Class
Lagree moves are slow and intentional — performed in a 4-count — but transitions are fast. Exercises are grouped by body part so your core, upper body, and legs each get pushed to full exhaustion before moving on.
